The Challenge

  • 1Scattered info — Seongsu venue data fragmented across SNS, blogs, and portals
  • 2Freshness — tracking pop-up openings, closings, and hours is difficult
  • 3Tour planning — static place lists with no route optimization
  • 4Retention — driving repeat visits beyond one-off browsing

Our Solution

  • ✓Curated venue DB — cafes, restaurants, pop-ups and more across 16 categories
  • ✓Tour planner — sorts the visit route starting from the nearest place
  • ✓Django plugin structure — 11 plugins, events passed via Signals
  • ✓Kakao login & FCM push — social auth (JWT) and notification-driven retention
